Refund policy
Return and Exchange Policy for Halu Collective
At Halu Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit. The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@halucollective.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a store credit/gift card to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at returns@halucollective.com. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will ship out the new item(s) at no additional cost to you.
The item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. If the exchanged item(s) are of greater value than the original item(s), you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the exchanged item(s) are of lesser value, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the difference.
- Exceptions
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Final sale items
- Gift Cards
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at returns@halucollective.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refun, store credit or replacement/exchange at no additional cost to you.
- International Orders
International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.

*Please Note
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund, store credit or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified and the next steps will be started within 5 business days.
If you have been approved for a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received any further information please contact us at returns@halucollective.com.
