Shipping
What is your shipping policy?

How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping - approx. 3-7 days
Express shipping - approx. 1-3 day
*estimate only - we can not guarantee delivery dates
Can I track my shipment?
You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order.
Alternatively, use the chat box in the bottom right of your screen and it will give you the option to track your order from there.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address or need it to be changed please contact us ASAP. If we have not shipped your order yet we will change this for you.

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen please contact us ASAP.

Do you offer international shipping?
We do ship internationally with varying shipping costs. For any enquiries about a certain location contact us or go through to checkout to see costs.
Do you offer personalised messages with shipping?
We can definitely add a personalised message if you'd like one. Just send us a message with the information you'd like on your message and we will add it in your package.
Returns/Exchanges
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please ensure you have read our refund policy before submitting an inquiry to ensure you are eligible for a return. You can do so here: Refund Policy

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
We always take extra care with our products to make sure they are manufactured, packaged and posted to the highest quality for our customers.
If for some reason this is not the case and you have received an item that is damaged in any way (ripped, tears, damaged print, stain etc) please get in touch with us immediately via Your Account or email us at returns@halucollective.com within 7 days of your item being delivered.
We will get this sorted out for you ASAP.
Sizing
Do you have size charts?
- Most items will have a size chart on the product page.
Click into a product > scroll down > click "size chart" under product descriptions.
How do I know what size to order?
Items will state whether they are oversized or not.
If an item is oversized and you prefer it more fitted, we recommend sizing down.
If an item is a normal fitting and you prefer it oversized, we recommend sizing up.
If you are still unsure which size to order, please message us from your chat box in the bottom right of your screen and we can help you out!
Care Instructions
How do I take care of my items?
- For your first wash we recommend washing your item alone to avoid any colour leaks/damage.
- Always wash your items on a cold cycle and inside out for the longest life.
- Hang dry, do not tumble dry
Can I was or dry clean my items?
Please wash your items per washing instructions:
- Turn item inside out and wash on a cold cycle, then hang to dry
Please do not dry clean or tumble dry your items
Gift Cards
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift Card are not refundable or eligible for exchange for cash.
Can I customise a gift card amount?
If the amount you would like to purchase on a gift card is not listed on our website, please reach out to customerservice@halucollective.com.
We will organise for your custom amount to be loaded on a gift card.
Can I buy a physical gift card?
Unfortunately, we only offer eGift Cards to be purchased.
